I’ve tried so many electrolyte mixes,Liquid I.V., Propel, you name it. But Auryu’s Watermelon electrolyte drink genuinely impressed me. It’s super refreshing, not overly sweet, it leans more towards the salty side which I don’t mind since it only has 10 calories and 2g of sugar, so I don’t feel guilty drinking it every day. It hydrates really well and has magnesium and zinc, which most brands don’t include.
